Can I change a purchased product?
It is possible only before the shipment of the order, all for free, contacting via email [email protected]

I received a damaged  product, what should I do?
If the product you received has a defect of any kind, contact us at [email protected]: we will arrange for you to collect the product.
Contact our Customer Service directly or, if you are registered, log in to "My Account" and select "Request Return" in the "My Orders" section, specifying the problem encountered. We will call you in the following days to agree on the day and place of delivery of the return to the courier.
After receiving the return we will verify the damage and request a refund or replacement.

When will I receive a refund?
After receiving the return to our warehouse we will verify that all conditions have been met (that the product is identical to how it was delivered to you, with the original packaging, and that it has been returned within the deadline described in the previous "FAQ" and in the "Terms and Conditions"). This verification can take a week. Next, we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been accepted and the refund requested from our bank. The amount credited will be visible in your account after 7 working days.
