WHY THIS NOTICE
What follows is the description of why and how SIGEL SRL and its websites (www.suprem-e.com and suprem-e.com) and stores processes its users personal data.
This notice is given following art.13 del d.lg. n. 196/2003 –Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali - personal data protecting italian law - to the people interacting with www.suprem-e.com webservices, through the link http://www.suprem-e.com which leads to the homepage, and to the people interacting with our branded stores.
This is a notice inspired by the recommendation n.2/2001 that data protection european authorities, meetineg in the group created by the art.29 of directive n.95/46/CE, adopted on may 17th 2001. The recommendation creates some minimum requirements on on-line personal data collecting, together with ways, timing and kind of information that who collects the data must give to the users when they browse on their web pages, no matter the browsing reasons.
WAYS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTING DATA
Due to the browsing of this website some data relating to identified or identifiable people can be processed.
Also, where the user comes to use SIGEL SRL's suprem-e.com web services due to the result of advertising material on the social networks (facebook, google etc.), it is possible that this action becomes part of statistic and impersonal data monitoring. This is also meant for security purposes.
Personal data are mainly processed through electronic and telematic systems, however it is possible that personal data are collected with paper supports to be then translated on informatic systems.
In general, personal data can be processed in three ways:
The user only registers its email address in order to get updates and news (commercial advertising, contests, new store opening events, promotional sales, cultural events etc.) relating with SUPREM-E.
Also, data could be elaborated in order to create customized profiles based on the country view, after the customer's agreement. This happens in order to provide our customers with a better communication flow, based on their interests and needs.
b) "guest" user
Personal data coming from this kind of use are just the required ones to allow the online purchase and the whole order processing, from its preparation to its delivery. This data flow is just between the guest user and the subjects dealing with the order processing. These subjects cannot use the data for any other purpose.The data required at the online checkout are necessary to process the order, to deal with the payement and to carry out fraud control in case of payment by credit card. In case of an online sale, the checkout data (name, surname, address, credit card number, delivery address if different from the first address) will be sent to the person in charge for the fraud control at SIGEL SRL, based in via dell'Industria 4- 35020 Brugine (Padova), Italy. The person in charge will only use these data for fraud control purpose (read also "Owner of the Data" section). These data will also be used within technical, commercial, processing and information request issues occouring;
c) registered user
The user can register by providing personal data on the website suprem-e.com through an online form, or in the stores, even on paper forms. The registered user personal data will be used to send newsletters, commercial events and promotions, commercial catalogues and to give commercial information of any other kind, as well as event invitations through email or paper support.
Data will be communicated (prior authorization) to shipping companies, phone companies, editorial companies, advertising companies, commercial and marketing analisys companies, services companies dealing with contests, other stores (or online stores) included in PaolaPrata group and franchising and their suppliers.

Following the same article, the person concerned has the right to ask for a crossing-out, an anonymous transformation or an interruption of the treated data in violation of law, as well as to take position against their treatment.
