When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days from the purchasing date, between Monday and Friday, during office working hours. At the checkout we suggest you to choose an address where someone can actually recieve the package according to this timetable. If you wish you can get your package delivered directly at your office or at a porter’s lodge, but be sure to indicate the correct doorbell name and number. A tracking number will be provided to you, so that you can follow your order’s journey.  If you have an account on our website, you can easily check the estimated delivery date from “My orders” page.

Is shipping always free?

We offer free shipping if your purchase is higher than 90,00 €, if your order total amount is lower than that shipping will be 11,00€. For further details on our shipping fees please check the table at the end of this page.

What happens if I’m not at home when the carrier arrives?

If nobody is in to receive the package, the carrier will leave you a note providing you all the information to get in touch. After three delivery attempts, your package will be stored at the your nearest FEDEX warehouse and you will be contacted by our Customer Service to arrange one more delivery attempt for you. If our Customer Service won’t be able to get in contact with you, after three more days your order will be sent back to our warehouse and we will arrange an automatic refund (excluding shipping fees) on your behalf.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are currently shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain , Sweden, Hungary and Great Britain. Please check the table below for further information. Choose the country you want your order to be delivered to, and if you are planning to make a gift, make sure to choose the receiving person’s country at the check out.

Are there any addresses you can't ship to?

We are not shipping to P.O. boxes and General Delivery. Also, we can't ship to:

We can't deliver any package to general delivery or p.o. box. It is not possible for us to shop to:
