This notice is given following art.13 del d.lg. n. 196/2003 –Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali - personal data protecting italian law - to the people interacting with www.suprem-e.com webservices, through the link http://www.suprem-e.com which leads to the homepage, and to the people interacting with our branded stores.
This is a notice inspired by the recommendation n.2/2001 that data protection european authorities, meetineg in the group created by the art.29 of directive n.95/46/CE, adopted on may 17th 2001. The recommendation creates some minimum requirements on on-line personal data collecting, together with ways, timing and kind of information that who collects the data must give to the users when they browse on their web pages, no matter the browsing reasons.
WAYS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTING DATA

In general, personal data can be processed in three ways:
a) newsletter
The user only registers its email address in order to get updates and news (commercial advertising, contests, new store opening events, promotional sales, cultural events etc.) relating with SUPREM-E.

SIGEL SRL collaborates with other companies to carry out its order processing and delivery. These suppliers will be provided with the customer data in order to implement their duties: the data will be communicated to SIGEL SRL suppliers only to implement their duties, SIGEL SRL can guarantee that its suppliers cannot use the data for any other purpose, as they are obliged to respect these privacy policy according to the law.
c) registered user
The user can register by providing personal data on the website suprem-e.com through an online form, or in the stores, even on paper forms. The registered user personal data will be used to send newsletters, commercial events and promotions, commercial catalogues and to give commercial information of any other kind, as well as event invitations through email or paper support.
Data will be communicated (prior authorization) to shipping companies, phone companies, editorial companies, advertising companies, commercial and marketing analisys companies, services companies dealing with contests, other stores (or online stores) included in PaolaPrata group and franchising and their suppliers.
